My name is Stevie O’Shea and I am an online fitness coach, based in Brisbane, Australia. I have grown up with a huge sporting background, having played at a representative level in athletics, TRL & basketball. I have a huge passion for health and fitness and helping change people's lives.
I joined the gym in 2013 and I have absolutely loved it ever since. I train to feel confident and strong. I love the way lifting weights makes me feel mentally and physically. My love for training turned into such a passion that I decided I wanted to make a career out of it. After enduring some hard times I decided to turn my pain into passion which is why I want to help others feel better about themselves, both physically and mentally.
After I graduated high school; I studied a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Event Management and Marketing and graduated from University in 2016. I started studying my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and became a qualified fitness professional in 2017. I got a job as a personal trainer at Goodlife Health Clubs in Cleveland in 2017 and worked there for 4 years. After 4 years as a face to face trainer, I decided to quit Goodlife and become a full-time online coach.
My current endeavours include my love for the gym, along with touch rugby league and surfing. I am working and learning everyday in order to help as many people as I can through training and lifestyle coaching. I also practice what I preach in living a happy, active lifestyle and for me there is no better way than seeing the world. My partner and I are currently travelling Australia in our car and roof top tent, with our two dogs.
